User account
The person's schoolboard.net sign-in identity. District Administrators manage accounts.

Group membership
The connection that gives an existing user access to a specific group.

Group Administrator
A user authorized to manage membership in an assigned group.

District Administrator
A user authorized to manage district-wide accounts, roles, groups, and access.

Current review scope

This Review Edition documents viewing, adding, and removing group members. It also identifies the Group Administrator's authority to create agendas and add agenda attachments for an assigned group.

The shared Accordion Agenda Guide contains the detailed preparation and publishing workflow. This guide does not document account creation, group creation or editing, district roles, or account blocking.
