Glossary¶
Active
An account status that permits sign-in when other access requirements are satisfied.
Blocked
An account status that prevents sign-in while retaining the account record.
District Admin
A site role for approved district-level administration. Only schoolboard.net Support can add, remove, or modify the role, and every request must be submitted in writing by email. There is no system limit, but schoolboard.net recommends two or three District Administrators per district.
Group Admin
An administrative role associated with group management. Confirm whether the intended workflow assigns it as a site role, membership role, or both.
Group membership
The relationship that places an existing user in a specific Board, committee, district, or access-control group.
Reviewer confirmation requested¶
- Is blocking the preferred reversible offboarding action before cancellation?
- Does removing a membership leave the user account and content intact?
- Is the schoolboard.net Support-only District Administrator role procedure clear and consistent with district authorization practices?
The Add Group procedure is documented from the Groups page. Content-list screenshots previously labeled SB-DIS-023 and SB-DIS-024 must use the corrected SB-DST-023 and SB-DST-024 names when added to the repository.
