This page explains the visual and navigation conventions used throughout the Public User Guide.
Information boxes¶
Tip
A suggestion that may make information easier to find or use.
Note
Helpful background information or a related detail.
Important
Information that deserves particular attention before continuing.
Warning
A potential privacy, security, or information-reliability concern.
Names of controls¶
Bold text such as Search, Subscribe, or Print Agenda Only identifies a label or control on the screen.
Screenshots¶
Screenshots may contain sample district names, meetings, dates, or content. Your district's information will differ, but the relevant controls and workflow should be similar.
Phones and tablets¶
- Select ☰ Topics to open the guide navigation.
- Select a page.
- Select the page-outline icon to open its Table of Contents.
- Select a heading to move directly to that section.
On larger screens, guide navigation and the page Table of Contents may remain visible.
Live information¶
Always use the live district site as the current source. A notification email, printed agenda, or downloaded attachment may have been replaced or revised.
Questions and accessibility¶
Contact the district when meeting information is unclear. Use Accessibility and help to report a barrier or request an alternative format.
